Shipping Costs &Times
The products we sell are Chinese herbal liquids, so the shipping cost is high, but in order to provide better service to customers, we currently send parcels for free shipping, so the product prices you see in our online store include logistics costs. Our current sales model is cash on delivery, so you don't need to worry about shipping costs.
Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about the customs policy of your country. If necessary, please pay the corresponding taxes in accordance with local national laws.
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees after the item is shipped. We are not responsible for any local taxes or customs fees that may be levied in your country.
Shipping and Handling
Delivery Time = Handling Time + Shipping Time
We process orders on business days Monday to Friday Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays defined by the post office: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Handling Time: 2 – 3 business days (normal season) or longer, depending on holidays.
Product production time: 1 working day
The inventory and packaging process in the warehouse takes about 2-4 working days.
At present, we only accept orders from European countries and the United States. We do not deliver orders from other regions for the time being.
North America (United States): 15-25 working days
United Kingdom: 15-25 working days
EU countries: 15-25 working days
Currently, delivery services to these countries are open first, and delivery services to other countries will be added in the future.
If you need to purchase products in other countries, please send us an email before purchasing to confirm whether we deliver to the country or region where you live.
Generally, it can be delivered to the destination within 15-25 working days, but there are special circumstances, such as flight suspension, flight suspension, postal strike, or natural disasters that make it impossible to transport.
