Since the products you purchased are all customized products, they are all made from Chinese herbs, so the products are special and the production time takes one working day.
It is recommended that you send us your hair loss photos by email before purchasing our products so that we can understand your situation and we will provide you with better professional services.

When can I get the tracking number?
We ship Monday to Friday, except weekends and holidays. We will not ship on the same day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

The inventory and packaging process in the warehouse takes about 2-4 working days. Then, once your order is ready to ship, the tracking information will be available and sent to you. During holidays and promotional seasons, please allow extra time to process your order.

Sometimes due to the negligence of the logistics company, we get the tracking number late, so if you have not received the tracking confirmation after 10 working days from the date of payment, please contact us.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.

When will I receive my order?
For international shipping routes, we proudly offer global shipping services through USPS, EVRI, DHL, DPD, Hermes and YunExpress or other shipping channels.

Please note that your order will be processed for inventory, packaging and delivery to the address you provide to us. We promise you delivery times as follows:
Currently we only accept orders from European countries and the United States. We do not ship orders from other regions for the time being.
North America (USA): 15-25 working days
United Kingdom: 15-25 working days
EU countries: 15-25 working days

Risk-free shipping
Currently, our shipping method is that you pay us the fee after receiving the goods.
If for any reason your item is not delivered within 45 days after we change to a payment-first-shipping shipping method, you will receive a full refund for the item. That's our promise to you! If your order is missing, please let us know through the Seller Support email. We will investigate (usually takes 3-5 business days) and send you another report after reaching a conclusion.

Customs and Taxes

If the order arrives in your country and:

Please note:
Due to the scarcity of the product, the cumbersome production and the high price, if you refuse to accept the parcel after the first purchase or the parcel is not signed for at home, we will not ship the product again.
